Chief Yowzah:
Barbara Lewis is the Chief Yowzah for Yowzah Baby! Productions. She graduated with honors from Art Center College of Design (one of the two top commercial art schools in the country). She has a BA in Fine Arts from University of Oregon as well. She is an award winning designer and holds a number of patents for industrial design. Before starting Yowzah Baby! Productions, Ms. Lewis worked with Apple Computer and was responsible for creating an intranet web site for them. She has traveled all over the world implementing her designs, working within time and budget constraints, in countries where the different languages made it even more challenging. Some of her clients include Hewlett Packard, Apple Computer, Logitech, and Luciano Pavarotti.
Twice she has been invited to be a panelist for the National Endowment of the Arts, a significant honor. She is also a member of the Bay Area Computer Human Interface Association which focuses on issues such as ease of use. She was on the Board of Directors for the Silicon Valley Chapter of Webgrrls, an international association of web professionals and on the Board of Directors for the Industrial Design Society of America.
